Broken Netscape email account

Four days ago I was able to log in to my netscape account and now I can't. It tells me that my screen name or password are incorrect and when I ask for password help it tells me that service is not available at this time. Not available for 3 days?! I tried to create a new email with my screen name and it tells me that it's already in use so I don't have that wrong. I should not be a victim of the 30 day thing since I use it frequently. I had some important emails that I would like to get back. Any ideas! I've looked through the forum and haven't seen anything to help - though it seems others have the problem.

 

If "netscape account" is a @netscape.net account, more correctly referred to as Webmail. If it is, have you tried the website?

Sorry, yes I mean my webmail account User@netscape.net. I have tried to get at if from the website (link you provided) as well as the mail tool - neither works anymore.
