Where can I get a copy of this program? It does not seem to be offered by MS anymore.

I installed Bootvis and my laptop boot time went from 45.70sec to 26.32sec after optimization. The slow drivers are NPDRIVER.SYS and mrxsmb.sys. I think the first is Norton Protection Driver and I don't know what the second one is.
I wonder what the optimization process does? Anyone know? From what I read WIN XP is supposed to carry out the optimization process but it didn't seem to do it in my case.
