my computer starts with press f2 for set up or f12 for boot selection

then gets a screen that says:

    safe mode
    safe mode with networking
    safe mode with command prompt
    normal

It will not boot up in any of these it is stuck in a loop

    How do I fix this? :( :( :(

    - Put your XP install CD in the drive and boot up.
    - Elect to do a repair install.
    - If that won't work, you are looking at wiping the drive and doing a fresh install probably.

How did the problem start and what system are you running?
