boot from cd

hey:

i rescued this compaq armada from being dumped yesterday.

it runs windows 200 professional.

i would like to load suse linux on the machine.

how do i get it to boot from the cd?

the usual escape routes while booting do not work.

there is no 'hit del to enter setup' here. F8 only brings up an options list on the windows 2000 / ms dos systems.

how do i enter bios to alter setup to boot from the cd rom drive?
