    quick question guys:

    how come when i try to save an image off of internet explorer (i.e. right-click, save image as) i can only save as bitmap??? It used to me jped, bmp, gif etc....but now, only bitmap...whats going on!?!

    Check out MS Knowledge Base Article 260650.

    Or try what usually fixes the problem which is listed as solution #1 on that page: Empty the browser's cache. (Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Delete Files)
