    Hi,

My mum cried out for help - ut I'm no expert- and the guy she hired for help didn't fix the problem.

The most common error message she's had is BCCODE 10000050

    - i deleted all the mini xxxx.dmp files (couldn't find the sysdata.zml)

Another error has been 0000008 - mentioningn the win32K.sys

with a remark to ask the hardware company if there is any updates to BIOS ( when starting the system it says V6 OOPG BIOS 1984-2001 - so it could be likely).
The message also said to deactivate caching or ??? to BIOS (how do I do that? and specially now when the computer turns blue when I enter one of the users (windsow XP).

Today I had a new error

    0000000BE

saying something about ipnat.sys and "trying to write to protected file ".

Is it possible to fix this issue? should I turn in the computer somewhere or just get a new one (it's 5 years old).

    BR

    Joy

How do I get the dumps

    Hi,

I know that I have the minidumps on the computer, but today I don't have time to get to the file before the computer crashes.

Would it be enough if I copy whats written on the blue screen? or are there a way to get it without microsoft products?

    on sunday the message was
    0x0000008(0x000005 0xBF80A69B 0XF30F33BC 00000000

    WIN32K.SYS adress
    BF80A69B base at BF800000 Datestamp 45f013f6

And recommondation to ask the hardware distritbutor if there was updates to BIOS. To deactivate some funktions to BIOS memory - chaching.
(it is a danish version of windows so I'm translating).

*** I thought I could turn it on using F8 but it didn't respond.

It looks like you have a serious hardware problem - see here http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm
Post what other error messages you get on the bue screen.
