I have AVG Free installed on a Win XP Pro laptop.
Norton was provided, but I was advised here before that AVG Free was better - so I never installed NAV.
So I'm downloading something and I get a Norton notice that I have an infected computer. Bloodhound.Exploit.20 High Risk and cannot be repaired.

So I update AVG and run it and nothing was found.
    Now what?

    Thanks,
    charlie

OK - I read your "do-this first" posts.
    Ran the online scan:

    BitDefender Online Scanner summary
Scan report generated at: Mon, Nov 28, 2005 - 23:39:01
Two files in TIF folder infected with Exploit.Html.Codebase.Exec.Gen
    Disenfection failed.
    Deleted.

    Ran Spybot - nothing found.
Ran Adaware - 11 critical objects. Removed.

Will monitor for any more problems. Hopefully problem is fixed.

    Thanks,
    charlie
