    Badly linked file attributes

    New Rig.
Scandisk runs at almost every boot/reboot, detects & repairs badly linked file attributes.
    These are always different.

    Have tried disabling file caching.
    HD passes all WD diagnostics.
Even reformatted Drive (Full, NTFS) & re-installed all software
Swapped RAM (Kingston Dual DDR400 )...

HD: WD 80G SE Serial ATA
OS: XP Home Traditional Chinese SP2
    SW: NIS 2005
    MS Antispyware
    CC Cleaner
    MBoard: Latest Bios etc.etc.

    Any help/insight appreciated.

    Cheers.
