Auto-complete in IE6

    I recently did a format C:\ and re-installed everything. Now IE6 will not auto-complete like it did before. I cleared the content several times but no go. The 4 boxes in the Auto Complete option box are checked.

    As a side note; Where and what file(s) are these stored? I might be able to pull them from another computer.

    Hi Sparky
    Try this: On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
    Click the Advanced tab.
    Under Browsing, click to select or clear either of the following check boxes:


    Use inline AutoComplete for Web addresses
    Use inline AutoComplete in Windows Explorer
    Make sure that either both check boxes are cleared or that both check boxes are selected.
    Click OK.
