    Do you have a LOT of experience creating software applications? If you do, then you should have an idea just how hard it would be to create a new AV software.

    In theory - you'd need a few years of intense class room time to get to the point where you could create applications...

    Considering the large amount of FREE AV software - I would just use one of those.
