Ok Great, That was the problem. Good Job.

Please do this.

• Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it.
• Click on the CleanUp! button. When you do this a text file named cleanup.txt will be downloaded from the internet. If you get a warning from your firewall or other security programs regarding OTMoveIt attempting to contact the internet you should allow it to do so. After the list has been download you'll be asked if you want to Begin cleanup process? Select Yes.
• This step removes the files, folders, and shortcuts created by the tools I had you download and run.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
You can delete Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware if you want to, But it is a good program to update and run every so often. (Your Choice)

ATF Cleaner is also good to run, It will get rid of all the cookies and junk that is stored on your system when surfing the net.

Everything else looks good.

Hi Geri
I just completed your last instructions and wanted to thank you for
your tireless assistance in cleaning up my laptop. I also wanted to find
out what you thought about AVG anti-virus and Zone Alarm firewall, or do
you have any other recommendation that you could give me. I want to
try and prevent the problems I had recently.

Glad I could help out.

AVG just released a new version and is having some complaints with it.
As of right now I would recommend Avast.

There are links for it here and a few other programs you should think about using. and I recommend staying away from P2P file sharing.

Please look at this link for some preventive recommendations, It could keep you from ending up back here to the Spyware and Virus Removal Forums.
