   I have download this animate flag but the site and the flag stop animating after 2 sec. http://www.multimediapalace.com/wff/i/ie-flag.htm.
   I have download about 8 weeks ago they are ok? Do i need to change settings?

   Right click on the downloaded file and select "Open With ->Internet Explorer" and see if that helps.

   Have you tried downloading the flag a second time? Is the file extension .gif? Did you by any chance try to resize the flag.
