    I am the sole owner of my computer. No one else uses it. I have been told several times the I must be on the Admistrator level to do certain things. The latest envolved LightScribe. How may I obtain this esteemed level?

    You would have a better chance at receiving a knowledgeable reply to your question if you posted your question in the forum consistent with your operating system.
