An exception occured while trying to run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll,Control_RundLL C:\windows\system32\appwiz.cpl "

    Hi PAULDEP,
You may be required to post whats called a HijackThis log in the Spyware section of this forum...For now thou, can you go to: Start, run and type in the run box "appwiz.cpl" (without the quoates)...See if that opens it...

    Hi PAULDEP,
There's a good chance that method may or may not open it, so if it does not please try this:

Go to Start, then run and type cmd
In the command window you just opened, type the followng seperately:
    regsvr32 mshtml.dll > Press enter and okay
    regsvr32 shdocvw.dll -I > Press enter and okay
    regsvr32 shell32.dll -I > Press enter and okay

Exit the Command Window now and try it the normal way. Keep us posted.
