    Hello all,
I have a nasty problem with an access 97 database : the index seems corrupted.
The program still works but the db keeps growing and growing. It doubles its size and I will face a drive space problem, soon.
The well known error is : mydatabase.mdb isn't an Index in this table. I know I can rebuild this db by exporting/importing all the objects from the old to the new db, recreating finally all the relationships but I want to avoid such work. The reason is quite simple : the computer which runs this db is 1000km far from me, only accessible by a dialup connection so you could easily imagine the time it could take. Instead (and this is my question), I am looking for a software which could do the trick, a soft very light, assuming I will have to send it with such bad connection.
Or maybe someone has a better idea...
    Thanks in advance:)

    Finally...

    hey,

just answering to myself (enought crazy? But maybe useful for someone searching a solution for that kind of problem).
So yeah, I've found few softwares, able to repair such db corruption : Advanced Access Repair and Mdb Repair. They both weigh less than 1mb, perfect for my situation and also, they could repair db index corruption.
    That's it. Problem solved.
Thanks you very much to be so efficient, and modest.

NB May I be able to close this thread by myself?
