Hello... I am running on Windows 98 SE. I have files that are written in Korean language that are unable to access on my English version of Windows. Is there anyway to correct this problem? The files are there, but when I double click it to access it, doesn't work. If it's a Jpg file written in Korean, a blank picture viewer would come up. Some thing with my CD writer. it won't write the files that asre written Korean. Is there a patch that I can download or something? Please help me out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
