2k3 FSMO Error

    This is the error i get everyday

    The DNS server was unable to connect to the domain naming FSMO " ". No modifications to Directory Partitions are possible until the FSMO server is available for LDAP connections.

    How do i change the FSMO to this server, so it does not look for another DC but to itself as the FMSO

    What are we talking about? Windows 2003 or windows 2000 AD?
    Your first domain controller is online? Can you reach it?

    You will need to seize your FSMO if your DC with these rules are not available.

    SRY, it is a 2k3 DC,
    this is the only DC, the old one is out of commision
    How do i seize the FSMO.
