    o.e. not auto checking mail when first opening

    Are you sure that the Laptop is on line when this happens? I know that my Laptop takes a few seconds after Windows loads to establish a connection.

    ZA will rename other files to .eml that they feel are a threat. It is not just .zmc. Saw this once before but don't remember where it was.

    With that many in your Inbox, one day you will not be able to open OE at all. You will have to go and find the Inbox.dbx and delete it completely...
