Just tried uucs.org again this morning from home on Bellsouth and no go. It time's out. No problem whatsoever though on Paetec or T-Mobile 4G.

Did you try using System Restore to roll back to a date when it was working correctly?
FWIW, I can get to uucs.org using my tablet and smartphone (both on T-Mobile 4G), and our company network (Paetec/Windstream). I cannot get to it...
Are the date and time are wrong in the CMOS/BIOS Setup?
