    Cannot display pages in IE messages.

    Does my restricted or phishing filter settings have any affect on IE continuely saying it cannot display the webpage? In about 5 out of 10 tries...

    IE 7 Cannot display

    Using IE 7, Windows XP home SP2, when viewing some web pages, IE says "cannot display the web page" however most of the page is being displayed...
