    Thanks. I had already been to Kelly's Korner and nothing there worked. Happy ending though. I re-installed XP and the SP1 install worked...

    When I try to install SP1 it gets quite a ways into the install, maybe nearly done, and then: Service Pack 1 Setup Error Access Denied OK...
