Yes I did. But now I found the solution: ALT gives you a menuline->View-> 'add/remove commands' where is a 'hand tool' placed in the left side....
The new account had the correct icon, but copy to the new user was not useable due to a lot of missing links, access to folders etc.
I have found, that when I add an user he gets the correct mouseicon???? But I cannot see any differences when I compare the IE-settings.
