    Tried it all and it is n ot only the keyboard (removed and reinstalled SetPoint 4.7) but NON of the USB ports will recognize ANYTHING

    I have no front ports and have tried everything you mentioned without success. REmoved Setpoint and reinstalled....the USB ports show the Device...
