    Ramona, I am not using VuePrint so that does not appear to be the problem. I did try Alice's fix and it did not resolve the problem either....

    I'm running Netscape 4.79, Windows 95, and I'm getting an invalid page fault associated with SHLWAPI.DLL when I try to access any address book...
