The 02 Line is gone after fixing it with HJT. Also the popups and ads are away. It works like before the infection :) Thanks for the help!
Ok I tried a little bit around with Killbox and VundoFix and after a pair of scans and removes, VundoFix found the efcbywu.dll and after 2 Reboots...
