Update on this issue. Had to take a break away from this...LOL. Anyway, I renewed my Panda Antivirus a few days ago (on my laptop) and found...
I take that as a good thing....I am running the scandisk and then defrag.....The lst HJT kinda scared me at first since it was so short compared...

updated spybot and ran it...found only about 5 things
Yes...adaware found quite a bit...as well as easy clean. I am running spybot update now....

This is mostly the kids computer....and they don't use msn at all...the ATF cleaner I tried to download from the other post didn't work on the ME...
