Windows Store. Unable to use apps

    Hi
    I am logged in to my Microsoft account. When I try to click on 'GET' It doesn't work? I am unable to use any apps?

    Try turning off any Ad Blocking software you might be running before logging in.

    I tried and some worked, but I still can't use the 'GET' button? I recived this message when I tried to use some of the tips?

    "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link"

    Post a link to one that doesn't work.... I looked around the store yesterday and never saw a GET button.

    You should see a "Upload a File" in the lower right of the reply box.

    No, I can't see it? Only Image and then it asks for a URL?

    Maybe I can post a screenshot because I'm on the site staff?!?!?

    But in theory, you should be able to copy the URL from the site where you see the GET button.

    I followed the link to the UK.... The GET button worked for me... BUT the See system requirements did NOT work until I signed in with my MS Account. The See System Requirements link was doing nothing when I first clicked on it.

    When you look in the upper right and see the icon, is it your icon or is it the "Sign into your account" icon?

    Hi and thankyou for getting back to me.

    I use Edge and Chrome. both still won't allow me to use Windows Store?

    My comp specs are:
    Windows 10
    Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
    RAM 16.0 GB
    System tyoe 64bit

    Have you added any 3rd. party software or hardware peripherals which may be effecting the OS?

    That opens Powershell (Admin), but before I used to just have to copy-go to powershell and it would automatically paste, now I have to press CTRL -V is that normal?

    Just been looking in task manager and noticed under the 'details' tab some executables are not running (suspended)? Not sure if it has anything to do with the issue I have?

    LockApp.exe
    SearchApp.exe
    ShellExperianceHost.exe
    Video.IU.exe
