Resolved How can I sync Outlook on 2 PCs?

    I have 2 PCs running Outlook 2013 and version 16. I would like to sync the pst files so both have the same data. Can I place the pst files in OneDrive and have each PC use the same file, or is there a better way?

    You can't share one pst file between both.... But you can use copies of the files.

    After that, going forward, you'd have to CC yourself so that the other pc would have copies of any mail you sent out.

    If set up the email type as IMAP then both will duplicate each other.

    I'm not familiar with IMAP. Where do you do that, and can I do it with an already established email account?

    You'd have to change the server settings for your email account. You are likely using POP email. IMAP the other option.
    Who is your mail provider?
    What are IMAP and POP?

    Excellent. I have an IMAP account working on my laptop. Thanks. Now... I have my POP account on my main PC that has all my folders, calendar, and contact info in the PST file. Is there any way to upload this onto the server so I can access it from the laptop?
