    Hi,
I'm using an HP Notebook with WIN10 64bit. Eset smart security, Filezilla 3.48.1
    I am trying to connect to a server to retrieve a directory so that I can edit a website. Filezilla tells me I am logged in but will not retrieve the directory, I get the message below;

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
    Status: Initializing TLS...
    Status: Verifying certificate...
    Status: TLS connection established.
    Status: Logged in
    Status: Retrieving directory listing...
    Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is your current location
    Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
    Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (5,77,42,117,253,210)
    Command: MLSD
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

This has been an intermittent problem over the last year. I let me retrieve the directory 3 weeks ago, but will not do it now. I have spoken with Eset who had me run some tests and then tried it with the firewall & Anti Virus disabled and still no connection.
Would anybody be able to give me some guidance please? My limited knowledge has been exhausted.

    Thank you in advance
