Inactive Keep getting pop-ups

    I have noticed that for a week I have been received pop-ups when ever I open my laptop windows 10 x64
    And they are all spammy weird URLs it redirects me to. How am I supposed to get rid of it and make sure there isn't any virus due to those popups.
