Resolved Internet Explorer 11 running extremely slow

For the last few weeks IE 11 has been running extremely slow no matter what i do , Is Microsoft deliberately causing it to make us switch to Edge ?

 

No, but I agree that some times it seems that way. They are not doing anything to intentionally make IE run poorly. But I do believe they are not doing everything they can to keep it running right after other changes to the OS occur.

I normally use Pale Moon as my default browser but I just gave IE a spin and it runs fine. So you might do the normal stuff. Scan for malware, clean out the clutter, uninstall any add-ons you don't use, or reset IE then add your add-ons back, one at a time.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, that's an IE reset, not your whole computer. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset...

 

Yeah, I also experience the same thing before that's the main reason why I switched
