    Running Autoruns by itself doesn't do anything. You have to search for program that's being run twice through different mechanisms.

    You normally can't install the same program twice so there won't be any duplicate entries in Programs.

    Clearly I did not understand what was being suggested to me. I uninstalled Google Chrome since it was on that particular browser I began getting the error & reinstalled, which seemed to resolve the issue.
