Locate installed software

I have a program that I installed several years ago that was working fine but now I get evaluation period over please purchase. Well the makers of this program are out of business and I wish to continue using this freeware program.

I know somewhere in the registery system this program is installed and it's parameters set.

I thought it was in the regedit but found the program and could not edit the files.

Several yeas ago I was able to change the dates of some programs but forgot how I did it.

Any help??

 

You are asking us to help you circumvent the registration policies of installed software - specifically, an "evaluation" copy of said software. "Freeware" does not normally have evaluation periods so it does not appear this software really is "freeware".

Therefore, please don't seek help to "crack" your software because we cannot, and will not help you do so.
