Followed the fix (see my note below) problem now OK problem was Bluetooth stopped.
I found the service great better than expected so I will be making a donation. How please.

Please note small error in fix instructions.
It instructs "start", type "services.msc" press ENTER. This is incorrect see below
Should be "start" click "RUN" then type "serices.msc" it then executes the services.msc function. Now Click Bluetooth Support new menu opens up click properties. Then follow instructions.

Please also note choose an Automated start it is better than Manual as Manual needs restarting after each Bootup.

This also fixed another problem. USB Safe Removeal stopped working. But after the fix to the "Devises & Printers" problem it is working again. The fix to the Bluetooth Service corrected this as well.

Thanks for the Update! Glad to hear that the issue is resolved.

Should you wish to make a donation, which would be much appreciated, scroll down this page a little from the top and in the blue header bar there is a donate button. Thanks.
