Resolved Renamed User not recognised in LAN

    Hi guys

    I rename a Admin user from BigName to Tab1 in a win10 tabloid. BigName has a password.

    At log in to the tabloid the user Tab1 appears and the old password is good to go.

    At Network, i login to the tabloid with Tab1 does not work. I need to use the old user BigName, User's folder unchanged, remain as BigName.

    How to make only Tab1 work? I don't want to add a new Tab1.User & bring in objects from BigName?

    You will have to do that.
    NEVER rename a User. If want a new username, create a new account and after copying its files to the new account, delete the old one.
