I added a temporary hard disk to load windows 7. I pulled it off and put it on another machine. Now, whenever I boot up I see an option to enter windows 7. How can I remove this?

The software worked but did not change anything I needed. The 100mb partition is still there although the active partition was moved to C. Win 7 still appears in the boot menu as an option. I had loaded 7 on another drive in order to move it to another computer that would not load it prior to this.
