What Internet browser did you use to upload the screenshot? Do you have the screenshot saved to your desktop and did you try to upload it by browsing to the picture?

Click Start< Control Panel< Uninstall a program and remove the following items:

    Java 8 Update 31

Then update both Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Reader.

Once that is done download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it.

    • Run JavaRa.exe by right clicking on JavaRa.exe, and clicking Run as administrator, pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
    • Accept any prompts.
    • Do NOT post JavaRa log.

Reboot the computer after JavaRa completes.

I use Chrome - went to the site and it had a button "UPLOAD" but when I did it this is the error message - why can't I post the Snipping Tool image of the IMGUR error here.

There is no uninstall facility in Control Panel for Java. When I click on the Java 32bit in the Control Panel it brings up the Java Control Panel. Which has no uninstall only an update function.

Follow the instructions in this link, How to take a screenshot, then save the screenshot of Autoruns in Microsoft Paint. After that, save the image to your desktop and upload that image to the imgur website and post the link to the screenshot here.

Do you have some program that needs Java? I haven't had Java for at least 3 years and have never had anything tell me I need it. It isn't a real secure program to have.

Thanks for the correction Pete. :)

@mindplay, in Autoruns on the Logon Tab remove the following items:

    HotKeysCmds
    IgfxTray
    Persistance
    Realtek HD Audio Manager
    SynTPEnh
    Telstra_McciTrayApp
    All of the Toshiba entries
All of the Windows Mail entries
All of the Google Chrome entries
All of the entries highlighted in yellow
    Microsoft OneDrive

After those entries have been removed, reboot the computer and post a fresh screenshot of the Autoruns Logon tab so I can make sure those entries have been removed.

Yep a bit confusing i.imgur thing. On the site the picture has .png extension but no www so you can only get to the site using www but it does not display on the page yet .png does.
