I have tried to locate a Desktop Analogue time clock software. Can anyone help? as Windows 7 Gadgets is unsafe according to Microsoft.

Pete C, thanks for response. It may look good, but fails to install. You do get PCSpeedup-Pro at a charge and my downloads shows Clock-64. Clicking Clock-64 to install, instead vanishes into thin air, but leaves PUPs in Malwarebytes. My reasons for approaching WindowsBBS forum, as all available software in Google fail in my case to materialise.

Yes, same end results, will only download and install PCSpeedup_Pro. Again a PUP in Malwarebytes.

Well Bobby - I really don't know what your issue is

I fired up my Windows 7 x64 box and downloaded ClocX160_x64.exe from Softonic and saved to Downloads. There was a pop up encouraging me to download something else which I ignored. Program installed without issue and a Malwarebytes scan revealed no PUPs.

I could not find a way of getting the clock to show only on the Desktop and withdraw the suggestion to try this program, which is now uninstalled.

I fail to understand, that each time I run Window 7 Gadgets, save and run. Select type of clock required, it opens a window showing several NA, each clicked individually produce absolute no response.
PeteC, as you said installing and running 64x box displayed only a blank screen and no trace that 64x box in computer. Pity as the clock was right for my needs. I have come to the conclusion that all clocks offered by various sites have bugs, as each time that I refer to Malwarebytes several Pups are shown.

I didn't say that :) It installed without issue on my Windows 7 x64 box.

What are the settings in Malwarebytes set to. Are you using the recommended setting. Just curious as I do not use Malwarebytes.

If you use CCleaner and have it delete cookies, that is why you have to log in here each time. I quit using CC a while back. Just let IE delete what I want it to delete every 3 days.

I fully agree, unfortunately I do not know what it could be. Checked IE 12 Options, all seems ok. Certainly, no passwords appear to be saved in other sites that I use.

I have found out how to correct the User/Password error. Go to IE12>tools>options>content>settings>tick box>user names & passwords on forms>OK>close. Regarding Clocks, best to forget as it resulted in my getting to many PUPs and other nasty's. Bobby.
