I decided yesteray, that I was achieving no results and after much thought decided on "resetting to factory settings ". In my case, computer was reset to 2009 and required thirteen hours to carry out this reset. The reset certainly returned the VSS, Backup/Restore and Speech Library. I have to say computer is now loaded with nothing more than the absolute minimum required sofware with no tweaks and will remain so, basics nothing more. I must thank you gentlemen for assistance given and appreciated. Bobby.

I hate you had to go that route, but sometimes it can't be helped.

One, or both, of these programs can help identify and remove bloatware from a new, or newly restored, computer. But that's entirely up to you. If you're happy with things as they are, then don't worry about it.

You're welcome, Bobby. I learned a few new things, myself, of late about Windows 7.
