Resolved Mike doesn't work on web cam

    Digital Innovations ChatCam web cam Model 4310700: The mike part of this web cam has never worked, and the tech support is worthless. Anyone know what I might try to troubleshoot it? Troubleshooting the device and drivers comes up with nothing - that everything is working fine.

    Well, it looks like it has a 5 year warranty. I would return it as defective. Did it come with a CD/DVD?

    How do you know it doesn't work? When using a mic you must first select, enable, set volume of the mic port to via control panel > sound.
