Is there a malware\anti-virus program that checks for key loggers? My bank account has been hacked again - even though I've cancelled my card and account and gotten new ones within the past three months.

There' only one remedy to completely (well, nearly) rule out your computer: Format & reinstall!

That's rather drastic, Arie. Isn't there a program that'll sniff those things out?

    You're asking the wrong person.

I would never ever trust my system if something like that would happen to me & would not hesitate for 1 second to 'nuke and pave' (i.e. do a clean install).

They already hacked your bank account, what more incentive do you need

I'm going to mark this as Resolved because I triple checked my system using AV's, Anti-spyware(s), etc., and nothing has shown up.

I decided to add, what I think anyway, is an extra layer of protection. I downloaded KeyScrambler (the free version) and everywhere I go on the web, no matter what I type in, it gets scrambled. There's a small, unobtrusive, window (you can move it anywhere) that pops up every time I type anything (including hitting the space bar) that shows a bunch of random nonsense letters and numbers. And, from what I understand, only the "junk" is captured if I did have a keylogger hidden somewhere I couldn't find.

    I like it.

I have been using Key Scrambler FREE for 3 or 4 years. Love it.
