Everytime I boot up, I get a "Wrong CMOS Settings" message, and the BIOS resets. This is on a brand new motherboard.

I replaced the CMOS battery, and made the sure the jumper settings were correct, but I still keep getting this message, and the BIOS won't retain any settings changes I make.

Other than that, PC works perfectly. It boots into Windows after I exit the BIOS and runs fine.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Agreed. And do it now before dinking with it voids the warranty.
