toshiba a210 problem error number 0x124

hello from 6 mounth ago my computer start encounting problem of giving a blank screen and freeze on it then i should press the power button or plug the power cable off to overcome it last few days i found hardware confliction in the device manager i found exclamation mark beside usb root hub in addition to my webcam won't work along time ago but i don't remeber from what exactly is that confliction related to the main problem i tried to disable the usb root hub tha confliting but unfortunatley the problem remains then i notice in task bar a cross red sympol in battery ico and it says consider replacing your battery your computer may shut down suddenly i removed the battery from the laptop but the problem remains i check the processor fan and temprature it all well so what is the problem ?????????

i changed the OS few weeks ago and the probllem remains

and i run memroy test and CHKDSK test no problem detected !!!!!!!

now i will setup antivirus

all my hardware are up to date

 

is there is any free program i can use to check if my hardware is up to date ???
