Resolved LAUNCH MSG ie

    Can anyone tell me why I get a message ---Dell.oshv11.www.msn.com when I try to launch IE8

    I don't understand what you are trying to say here. Is MSN your home page?
    Also, you are running behind on your updates for IE. You should have IE9 on Windows 7 if your System Specs are right.

    Hi Tom. We need more information before we can attempt to fix your problem with IE8.

    Does this message happen when you access msn.com only or when you launch IE8? The system that is running IE8, is it the same system that you have listed in the System Specs link?

    What is your IE8 home page set to?

    (To find out, in IE8, click Tools > Internet Options > General tab (if not already selected), then look in the "Home page" box at the top).
