what is packets (send/received)

    Hi, do you know what is packets,
    is it each packet x 128 = bytes?

    or simply 1MB = 1024KB = packets?

    and do you know I was join that mobile phone data plan
    for calc that usages, is it Send + Received = per day volume?

    If you're asking if sent and recieved data is calculated in your data cap then that would depend on the service provider but I'd imagine most (if not all) would include both incoming and outgoing in any cap.

    A provider has 2 bandwidth caps: upload (sent) and download (received).

    The data plans I've seen of cell providers only use the download bandwidth cap.
