Resolved Can't find Windows Media Center

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium Edition which supposedly includes Windows Media Center, which I need in order to connect my computer to my XBox 360. However, I cannot for the life of me find this program anywhere on my computer. I went to "Turn Windows Features On and Off" and is says Windows Media Center is enabled, so I tried disabling it and re-enabling it but that didn't do anything. How can I access this feature?

    EDIT: Nevermind, I discovered that the application is under the name "ehshell ". I really wish they didn't name stuff like that.

    On my Win7 Home Premium, Windows Media Player is wmplayer.exe, located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player.

    Is that exe file not there?

    Media player isn't the same Miz. ;)

    For the OP if you struggle to find the executable for other programs in the future just search for the common name (eg Media Center) and right click on the results for properties.

    Yea I tried that, unless you're talking about another way to search files perhaps? I just used the search bar at the top of explorer.

    Almost anything (specially programs & settings + most documents) can be found from the Start Search box... as in this case:
