    Hey Everybody,

I've been having some problems with my computer for some time now. I don't know why, but for some reason it keeps randomly freezing for a while, then restarting itself. I see a lightening fast blue-screen that comes up, but I don't know what it says. Then the system restarts itself.

looking at reliability and performance I see multiple errors:

    Failure Type:
    OS Stopped Working
    Version:6.0.6002 Service Pack 2
    Failure Detail:
    0x0000007a (0xc06654e8, 0xc000009d, 0x929f38c0, 0xcca9de14)

That was just one day. There are multiple days with similar errors.

I am fairly new with computers, so I don't know exactly what you would need to help me fix this. Let me know if you need anything else.

Oh! By the way, this is my system info:

    Dell Inspiron 1525
    Processor: Intel(R)Pentium(R)Dual CPU T3200 @2.00GHz 2.00GHz
    Memory(RAM): 3.00GB
    System Type: 32-bit operating system

I would run Check Disk to see if your drive has any errors.

right click on your drive and choose Properties.

    Click on the Tools tab.

Click on Check Now under the Error checking section.

Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.

Make sure both options are checked.

    Click on the Start button.

You will get a pop-up window saying, "Windows can't check this disk while it's use ".

Click on the Schedule disk check button for chkdsk to run the next time you restart your computer.

Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft
