Resolved windows installer prolem

    Whenever I boot up or reboot I get an error message that a file cannot be found. I think it's because the installer is corrupted because the file it's looking for doesn't exist. How can I uninstall/reinstall the installer?
    Grateful for any advice.

    I wish I could include a screenshot. The exact wording is:

    Windows cannot find 'D:\Install\Tools\ChPrio.exe' . Make sure you typed
    the name correctly and then try again.

    Thank you for your help. The problem has now disappeared. I located the rogue app called 'reboot', then simply uninstalled it. Solved!
