I spent, today, a good portion of the day, updating various Mozilla programs.
Only one, Thunderbird, informed me that there was an update to 3.1.8, late yesterday. I found out, earlier today, that there updates to Firefox 3.0.14, Seamonkey 2.0.12, and Firefox 4.0 beta 12. The latter had come out on Feb.25, but although my settings are to tell me about updates, but not download and install, no information was received.
A bit ago, I downloaded FF3.6.14and TB3.1.8 portables, so it was quite a task. Sorry, I don't have links to the release notes. It would be a monumental job to fish them out.
Everything works, with a couple of hiccups on certain addons.

I didn't have any hiccups with addons but couldn't import previous saved Bookmarks in FF 3.6.14.

It is the worst example ever. Only TB3.1.8 informed me that there was an update. Firefox4.0 does not even have a Check for Updates. All addons in FF3.6.14 were ok, but not in Seamonkey or Firefox4.0

I have FF set to never check for updates, I always manually update, same for TB. FF 3.6.14 seems to utilize more memory, and it leaks if use the latest Flash plugin, so I rolled back to 3.6.13.

Yup, it's FF 3.6.15 at mozilla site too.
    Seems smoother running than .14.
mozilla.com seems to have done away with the releases site:
    http://getfirefox.com/releases
    ...can't locate the release notes

Interesting thread! 3.6.14 was working fine on my vista home premium, but, 3.6.15 won't work, so I went back to 3.6.14. Does anyone have the same problem with 3.6.15?

    Thanks

I, also stumbled into 3.6.15. There is only one issue: Fixed an issue where some Java applets would fail to load in Firefox 3.6.14. I had no problem.
As for TB 3.1.8, a few security fixes. I have no problems in WinXP.
