Resolved Copying from Word document into an e-mails

When I copy a dosument from a source other than another e-mail, the copy in the e-mails is in a yellow colour but not in Black.

I do realise that I can change the colour to Black by highlighting but this is annoying and time consuming.

Have I ticked something or what have I done to produce a very light coloured document.:eek:

You misunderstood my first post, you can post here in any colour you like. What I meant was that as you have the font colour set to blue that could be the reason why you have this problem. Try putting it back to black first and then copying the document into the email.

 

Go to Tools - Options - Mail Format - Stationery and Fonts - Personal Stationery.

Under "Composing and Reading Plain Text Messages" click the Font button. On the Font tab, change the Font Color to Automatic.

Also, under Personal Stationary, select Theme and make sure there is no current theme selected. If left it on "Blank," it may change back to yellow font.

See if that works.

Sorry that I misunderstood. Please accept my sincere apologies.

What I did yesterday was to blacken the total document and just change the font colour but nOT using 'automatic'.

I think that I have now cracked it
